Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Support Representative - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for the Learning Site and associated digital products through phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to platform functionality and access
  • Document and update internal knowledge base articles to enhance team efficiency and customer self-service options
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in customer support or technical support roles
  • Experience in technical administrative support and/or technical call center preferred
  • Experience with CRM software required; Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a nontechnical audience
