Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development & Licensing for a remote full-time position in the US or Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and licensing deals
  • Lead portfolio overview calls and manage the diligence process for licensing partnerships
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform business development strategies

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in BioPharma/Biotech sales, preferably in Enterprise sales
  • Proven track record in new business development and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in selling commercial stage therapeutics or clinical stage licensing is a plus
  • Lifelong learner mindset and commitment to professional growth
  • Strong experience with sales software such as CRM and Sales engagement tools is preferred
