Job Summary
A company is looking for an End User Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on and remote technical support, acting as the first point of escalation for L1 and L2 IT issues
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex problems and support project testing and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Mac OS and Windows computers, and assist with hardware inventory management
Required Qualifications
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals
- Familiarity with MacOS and Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Knowledge of cloud-based services such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Office 365
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ are a plus
