Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a 100% QoQ utilization growth of the customer portfolio under management while maintaining a high retention rate
- Accelerate engagement with newly registered users and drive faster expansion and increased logo retention
- Uncover additional growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Required Qualifications:
- Proven successful experience in localization operations or account management
- 5 years of experience in enterprise customer success or enterprise account management within B2B SaaS or a well-established translation company
- Strong understanding of translation technologies
- Strong data analysis skills
- Eagerness for success and an aggressive mindset towards growth
