Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a 100% QoQ utilization growth of the customer portfolio under management while maintaining a high retention rate
  • Accelerate engagement with newly registered users and drive faster expansion and increased logo retention
  • Uncover additional growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven successful experience in localization operations or account management
  • 5 years of experience in enterprise customer success or enterprise account management within B2B SaaS or a well-established translation company
  • Strong understanding of translation technologies
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Eagerness for success and an aggressive mindset towards growth
