A company in the Financial industry is looking for a FinTech Support Technical Analyst.

Position Responsibilities
  • Interact daily with FinTech customers to ensure timely and professional responses to their questions
  • Organize data to develop learning materials, FAQ's, and other knowledge bases to improve delivery capabilities
  • Drive new processes and liaise internally to drive the necessary outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or payment operations
  • Technical know-how and experience with API's, Webhooks, and other technical events
  • SQL literate
  • Ability to work on-call hours when needed
  • Resilient in nature to pursue results
