Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Operations Processor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process chargebacks, refund requests, and reroutes efficiently
  • Manage workflows using internal systems and collaborate with the CX team
  • Maintain consistent output to handle volume spikes and assist with administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in administrative, CX operations, or high-volume processing roles preferred
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 9AM - 6PM PST
  • Proficiency in customer support platforms and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working independently in a fully remote environment
