Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Operations Processor.
Key Responsibilities
- Process chargebacks, refund requests, and reroutes efficiently
- Manage workflows using internal systems and collaborate with the CX team
- Maintain consistent output to handle volume spikes and assist with administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in administrative, CX operations, or high-volume processing roles preferred
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 9AM - 6PM PST
- Proficiency in customer support platforms and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience working independently in a fully remote environment
