Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Associate - Learning & Development (Retainer), Multiple positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) and learning activity administration
- Provide help-desk and operational support for learning initiatives
- Assist with payment and procurement processes related to HR services
Required Qualifications
- Secondary School Certificate is required; a First University Degree in relevant fields is desirable
- Minimum of six years of professional experience in HR services or two years with a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in international or national organizations is required
- Proficiency in MS Office and web-based management systems is required
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another official UN language is an asset
