Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst - HR Ops & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze opportunities for process improvements and changes to HR processes, and advise on how technology can effectively enable those and build strong partnerships within HR, HR Technology and the broader organizations
  • Gather business requirements, write user stories, and help with translating those requirements into system requirements
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of HRIS experience or similar experience in business, project and/or process configurations
  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or project lead
  • Configuration knowledge in HR Applications, such as Workday
  • Preferred configuration knowledge in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and general platform - HR Table Structure, HR Services & Catalog and Service Now Knowledge
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and its variations within the database and impact analysis
