Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR/Payroll Senior Data Analyst - Report Writer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Find insights within vast HR and Payroll data assets and make it accessible to a broad range of users
• Define how data is modeled, presented, and marketed for data visualization
• Keep abreast of self-service BI and data commercialization spaces

Required Qualifications:

• 4 or more years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Data Warehousing, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL Server Database
• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated success in developing data visualization solutions
• Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholder groups
