Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years of closing experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company
- Empathy for understanding and addressing customer needs
- Curiosity to uncover the true nature of customer problems
- Tech-savviness with tools like G Suite, Zoom, and Slack
- Drive to take control of personal success and build on existing processes
