Job Summary

  • Enhance customers' fundraising workflows and promote brand loyalty
  • Experiment with onboarding processes and follow up with prospects promptly
Required Qualifications
  • 0-1 years of closing experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company
  • Empathy for understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Curiosity to uncover the true nature of customer problems
  • Tech-savviness with tools like G Suite, Zoom, and Slack
  • Drive to take control of personal success and build on existing processes
