Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk (Call Center Agent).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound helpdesk phone calls from customers
- Provide support for eProducts and Enterprise software applications, including installation and troubleshooting
- Document customer interactions and manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
- IT Certifications such as A+ or Net+ are a plus
- Previous experience in a help desk environment is required
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues is necessary
- Familiarity with ticketing software and remote tools is advantageous
