Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Help Desk (Call Center Agent).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound helpdesk phone calls from customers
  • Provide support for eProducts and Enterprise software applications, including installation and troubleshooting
  • Document customer interactions and manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
  • IT Certifications such as A+ or Net+ are a plus
  • Previous experience in a help desk environment is required
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues is necessary
  • Familiarity with ticketing software and remote tools is advantageous
