Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the front line of the Client Support Team by answering inbound support inquiries and engaging with clients via a ticketing system
- Respond to and resolve inbound partner and merchant support tickets, maintaining SLAs and tracking ticket status
- Collaborate with internal teams, maintain customer records, and contribute to the external communication library
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in a customer support, help desk, or IT support role or comparable customer-facing role
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Exposure to financial software or payment systems is a plus
