Job Summary
A company is looking for a IT Product Support Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional direction to a team of software support analysts and technicians; act as mentor and coach to team members
- Identify the need for enhancements to existing products
- Implement and oversee work processes based on management definition
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business administration, computer science, or other field related to functional work or role with 5 or more years of experience as a service desk/help desk manager OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Experience with task scheduling and resource assignment required
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
- Adobe Experience Manager and/or Workfront Project Management experience is a plus
