Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead, Business Development - Employee Ownership Acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the strategy for pipeline development for employee ownership services and acquisitions
- Establish and nurture relationships with business associations, community leaders, and business owners to promote employee ownership
- Collaborate with marketing to create outreach campaigns and monitor their effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles, specifically with small and lower middle market businesses
- Demonstrable background in corporate finance and transaction deal structuring
- Management experience with staff required
- MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and outreach tools
