Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Talent Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance the onboarding experience for new employees
- Design and implement comprehensive functional training programs in collaboration with department leaders
- Develop strategic talent development initiatives aligned with business objectives and assess their effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of training facilitation experience
- 5+ years of instructional design experience
- 3+ years of experience in planning and managing organizational learning initiatives
- 3+ years of Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience
- BA or BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
