Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Account Management Services to lead a team of Technical Account Managers supporting various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers to deliver proactive technical guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline customer experiences and manage technical escalations
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through training and feedback
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles, with 2+ years in a leadership position
- Experience in SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or mission-critical technology environments
- Proven ability to lead teams supporting customers in regulated or public-facing sectors
- Bachelor's degree in management, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Salesforce, Jira, and Totango is a plus
