Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Support Representative who excels in technology, problem-solving, and empathy, with a passion for nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, facilitate coach-member communication, report issues, educate members, monitor trends, suggest improvements, manage accounts, assist with operations and QA, and support special projects as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences via chat and email
  • Handle at least 50+ communications daily between chat & email
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma + 3 years in a customer service job or a BA degree
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, Stripe, G Suite, slack, customerio
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of people
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Flexibility in work schedule, which includes ability to work weekends and holidays
