Job Summary

A company is looking for a Navigation Service Delivery Healthcare Manager to lead a team of Health Guides who help members navigate their healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of Health Guides to deliver world-class concierge service
  • Drive KPI performance and monitor employee workload to ensure timely completion of member requests
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, support training and quality improvements, and handle escalations
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of contact center management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or Healthcare preferred
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for team development
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
