Job Summary
A company is looking for a Navigation Service Delivery Healthcare Manager to lead a team of Health Guides who help members navigate their healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of Health Guides to deliver world-class concierge service
- Drive KPI performance and monitor employee workload to ensure timely completion of member requests
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, support training and quality improvements, and handle escalations
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of contact center management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or Healthcare preferred
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for team development
- High level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
