Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to optimize supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the brand order book and monitor open orders across various sales channels
- Ensure system-wide inventory alignment and oversee product customization programs
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to drive efficiency and cost reduction
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an eCommerce operations or supply chain function
- Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central (preferred)
- Proficiency in NetSuite and SPS Commerce is a plus
- Strong Excel skills for data management and reporting
