Job Summary
A mental healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Agent Experience Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering questions that are submitted to the support team by Real Estate Agents
- Answering all other tickets and emails that are received by real estate agents
- Escalating tickets to other departments such as Onboarding, Marketing, MLS, and Developers as necessary
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-4 years previous experience in agent customer service, client success, or client relationship management
- Must have previous experience in the Real Estate industry
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex real estate concepts
- Technically savvy with an ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
