A cloud-based digital banking solutions company has an open position for a Remote Agile Coach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive the adoption and optimization of lean agile value and principles
- Work directly with operational teams
- Help facilitate agile maturity
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of previous Scrum Master
- 2 - 3 years of Agile Coach experience
- Broader level of knowledge of Agile best practices
- Deeper understanding of Agile methods such as SAF
