Job Summary
A health and exercise company has an open position for a Remote API Partnerships Level 2 Customer Happiness Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Monitor requests for API keys
- Assist Tier I Customer Care Specialists in solving basic technical problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years in customer service
- 3+ years in tech support
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with code, ability to troubleshoot common errors
- A comprehension of, and ability to execute, troubleshooting theory
- Computer/Tablet/Smart Phone technical proficiency
