Job Summary

A health and exercise company has an open position for a Remote API Partnerships Level 2 Customer Happiness Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Monitor requests for API keys
  • Assist Tier I Customer Care Specialists in solving basic technical problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years in customer service
  • 3+ years in tech support
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with code, ability to troubleshoot common errors
  • A comprehension of, and ability to execute, troubleshooting theory
  • Computer/Tablet/Smart Phone technical proficiency
