Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Outsourcing Technical Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Helping people every day by taking calls
- Listening to understand customers’ needs and answering their questions
- Navigating through multiple systems
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Communication skills
