Job Summary
An internet security company has an open position for a Remote Business Unit Customer Experience Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning and managing the Qualtrics Experience Management platform
- Desiging and drafting surveys, dashboards, and reporting
- Driving clear outcome-driven strategies that support organizational goals and priorities
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree with focus and/or experience relevant to the above duties
- Working experience with the Qualtrics platform
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a survey writing, customer experience or similar role
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing surveys and dashboards, and customer survey maps
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience designing and executing customer research and data analysis
- Strong experience influencing cross-functional multidisciplinary teams
