Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Operator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide information to facilitate transfers to appropriate destinations
- Navigate the QGenda on-call system to identify on-call providers and process calls
- Perform data entry tasks and assist callers with routine inquiries and emergency situations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of call or contact center experience or two years of customer service experience
- Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
