Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Change IT Service Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop, refine, and maintain the ITIL based service management processes and enabling toolsets
• Plan and manage the continued enablement of core Service Management processes on supporting systems
• Ensure the complete logging, prioritization, response and tracking of all IT service requests, interruptions or changes

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s in information technology or related or equivalent amount of education or experience
• 4 years of experience working in IT service management
• Experience in management and reporting of service management processes on a ServiceNow platform
• Knowledge of the implementation and maintenance of ITIL processes
• Ability to shift priorities and manage change with a positive outcome
• Provide outstanding client service, meet high quality standards for services and meet or exceed client expectations
