Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Change IT Service Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and maintain the ITIL based service management processes and enabling toolsets
- Plan and manage the continued enablement of core Service Management processes on supporting systems
- Ensure the complete logging, prioritization, response and tracking of all IT service requests, interruptions or changes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in information technology or related or equivalent amount of education or experience
- 4 years of experience working in IT service management
- Experience in management and reporting of service management processes on a ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of the implementation and maintenance of ITIL processes
- Ability to shift priorities and manage change with a positive outcome
- Provide outstanding client service, meet high quality standards for services and meet or exceed client expectations
