Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Client Account Management Service Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading, managing, and developing team to achieve organizational goals
- Be accountable for overall service management responsibility for a book of business within Region
- Being responsible for managing external relationships and delivering expertise to address client needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors Degree plus at least 10 years of business experience
- A masters' degree, ARM designation or CPCU is strongly recommended
- Advanced knowledge of commercial claims, risk management, and applicable state regulations
- Must have demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
- Effective marketing, leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
