Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Client Account Management Service Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading, managing, and developing team to achieve organizational goals
  • Be accountable for overall service management responsibility for a book of business within Region
  • Being responsible for managing external relationships and delivering expertise to address client needs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors Degree plus at least 10 years of business experience
  • A masters' degree, ARM designation or CPCU is strongly recommended
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial claims, risk management, and applicable state regulations
  • Must have demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
  • Effective marketing, leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
