Job Summary
A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Client Service Analyst 2.
Must be able to:
- Post and analyze imported and exported files
- Respond to and complete call center escalations timely (urgent updates)
- Complete review of premium reconciliation for all applicable clients
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to regularly analyze internal system data
- Ability to correct any errors or discrepancies and errors as found
- Ability to process payroll exports with accuracy and in a timely manner
