Job Summary
A customer experience management company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Account Management Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Negotiating contracts inclusive of complex pricing agreements
- Managing existing business accounts
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 or more years' experience in the BPO
- Trusted advisor with ability to manage client expectations throughout the duration of client engagement
- Experience in pricing and contract negotiations
