Job Summary

A real estate coaching company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Community Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Mapping the customer journey and identify opportunities to intervene on the Members' behalf proactively
  • Developing listening points in the customer journey
  • Creating a clear vision so for Members, so they know what to expect

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Be a tech-savvy Mac user
  • Leadership Skills
  • Must be a great writer
  • Able to stay up-to-date on all of the latest digital marketing trends
  • 2+ Years of experience as a CX, Customer Service or Community Manager, in a digital environment
  • 2+ Years of experience increasing KPIs
