Job Summary
A real estate coaching company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Community Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Mapping the customer journey and identify opportunities to intervene on the Members' behalf proactively
- Developing listening points in the customer journey
- Creating a clear vision so for Members, so they know what to expect
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a tech-savvy Mac user
- Leadership Skills
- Must be a great writer
- Able to stay up-to-date on all of the latest digital marketing trends
- 2+ Years of experience as a CX, Customer Service or Community Manager, in a digital environment
- 2+ Years of experience increasing KPIs
