Job Summary
A health and wellness telemedicine provider has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Maintain, oversee execution of all CX projects through accountability
- Maintain project tracking software for CX
- Maintain and report out weekly business review (WBR) metrics
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in Asana or other project management tools
- Prior work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Experience working with cross functional teams using project management tools and reporting out shared KPIs
