Job Summary

A software and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Support Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to customers, partners, and prospects via live chat, email, phone, and video
  • Contributing to the authoring, editing, and updating of Knowledge Base documentation
  • Working on internal strategic initiatives focused on continuously optimizing the customer experience

Required Skills:

  • Passion for delivering awesome customer experiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with others
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Prior experience in a customer support role for a SaaS platform is desired
  • Experience using a support service desk tool such as Intercom to answer customer inquiries is ideal
