Job Summary
A software and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Support Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to customers, partners, and prospects via live chat, email, phone, and video
- Contributing to the authoring, editing, and updating of Knowledge Base documentation
- Working on internal strategic initiatives focused on continuously optimizing the customer experience
Required Skills:
- Passion for delivering awesome customer experiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with others
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Prior experience in a customer support role for a SaaS platform is desired
- Experience using a support service desk tool such as Intercom to answer customer inquiries is ideal
