Job Summary

A privately-held cybersecurity solutions provider is in need of a Remote Cybersecurity Client Operations Renewals Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing excellent client service and communication
• Makng strategic and competitive pricing recommendations utilizing various pricing tools
• Managing maintenance contracts and asset tracking for clients

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent
• Two or more years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales/Client Services role
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a sales partnership setting, where workflow is determined by incoming requests
• Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external partners/clients
• Ability to prioritize tasks to align with deadlines
