Job Summary
A privately-held cybersecurity solutions provider is in need of a Remote Cybersecurity Client Operations Renewals Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing excellent client service and communication
- Makng strategic and competitive pricing recommendations utilizing various pricing tools
- Managing maintenance contracts and asset tracking for clients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales/Client Services role
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a sales partnership setting, where workflow is determined by incoming requests
- Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external partners/clients
- Ability to prioritize tasks to align with deadlines
