Job Summary

An education software company is in need of a Remote Education Software Sales Enablement Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Providing effective onboarding and training programs for BDRs and Account Executives
Working collaboratively with sales, marketing, strategic growth and leadership
Working with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program

Skills and Requirements Include:

Knowledgeable about sales process methodologies and sales cycle
2+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization
Positive, genuine and collaborative - culture first
Enthusiasm and passion for the industry and product
Excellent listener and communicator
Familiarity with adult learning theory, training content design and B2B selling
