Job Summary

An education software company is in need of a Remote Education Software Sales Enablement Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing effective onboarding and training programs for BDRs and Account Executives
  • Working collaboratively with sales, marketing, strategic growth and leadership
  • Working with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Knowledgeable about sales process methodologies and sales cycle
  • 2+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization
  • Positive, genuine and collaborative - culture first
  • Enthusiasm and passion for the industry and product
  • Excellent listener and communicator
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory, training content design and B2B selling
