Job Summary

An emergency response company has a current position open for a Remote Emergency Response Client Services Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering routine inquiries and referring calls not requiring dispatches to appropriate departments and agencies
  • Completing assigned tickets, work from reports and other assignments regarding client records
  • Researching, investigating, and responding to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and complaints

Qualifications Include:

  • Required: high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as with teams
  • Comfortable using computers and saving electronic files
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
