Job Summary

A healthcare implementation company is seeking a Remote Healthcare People Analytics Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and maintaining reports and data structures to ensure strong data integrity
  • Supporting the development of strategic programming from the People & Culture team
  • Serving on the People & Culture leadership team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience developing employee engagement surveys and listening strategies
  • Experience developing processes and reports in an enterprise HRIS and other people-related systems
  • Experience developing data visualizations and consultation rhythms in a People organization
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain reports and data structures to ensure strong data integrity
  • Ability to support the development of strategic programming from the People & Culture team
