Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Healthcare Revenue Cycle Account Success Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing engagements for small and medium sized clients
• Conducting RCM client onboarding for all assigned accounts
• Developing monthly client dashboards and monitor key performance indicators for all assigned clients

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, post-acute provider experience a plus
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, and an aggressive approach to excellence
• Excellent customer service to peers, management, and clients
