Remote Human Resource Shared Service Representative

Job Summary

A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resource Shared Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing high level HR support to associates concerning HR Policies, Procedures, Processes, and Sytems
• Assisting in the processing of new hires, terminations, pay changes, and other HR processes
• Auditing HR paperwork and communications for accuracy to company policy and procedure

Skills and Requirements Include:

• HS Diploma or General Education Degree required
• 3 years of experience in customer service and/or call center environment
• Experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, or HR technology preferred
• Able to follow through on HR requests and transactions to ensure resolution
• Able to reference HR FAQs, Knowledge Bank, manuals, and reference materials for resolution to inquiries
