Job Summary
A cloud-based digital banking solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Incident and Problem Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive resolution efforts of major incidents impacting service availability across multiple product offerings
- Lead incident bridge calls with participants across multiple technical and business teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience working in a 24x7 environment that provides support for business-critical systems
- ITIL v3 Foundation or greater certification
- High level, holistic understanding of IT Hosting and Cloud infrastructure and applications
