Remote Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company that provides independent healthcare practices with digital tools needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Instructional Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content to be delivered via e-learning and/or Instructor-Led methods
• Conduct thorough needs analysis, define learning objectives and partner with subject matter experts
• Work closely with strong subject matter experts to perform gap analysis and identify the target audience's training/learning needs

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree and/or 3 - 5 plus years of Instructional Design and curriculum development
• Experience creating and managing courses within Learning Management System
• Knowledge of adult learning theories, methodologies and techniques
• Expert in using e-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Animaker, Murf
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze metrics and prepare reports on project and program efficiencies and/or deficiencies and identify areas of improvement
