Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Customer Impact Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting and executing on internal administrative and compliance processes
- Developing deep operational knowledge of the SaaS customer-facing delivery business
- Supporting in the creation, improvement, and automation, where applicable, of customer collateral, outreach, and engagement
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to frame business questions and translate business requirements into useful datasets/reports with actionable insights
- Critical thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Self-starter who is passionate about supporting a world-class Customer Impact team
- Significant experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and/or SQL to analyze, manipulate, and present data
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience within an operations, finance, go-to-market strategy, consulting, and/or analytics role at a SaaS-based company
