Job Summary
A driver monitoring software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Monitoring Software Onboarding Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Implement business solutions to non-complex clients, following internal guidelines and in conformance with client expectations
- Ensure accuracy in all aspects of client setup
- Foster successful client experience through a well-timed solution delivery, remaining engaged
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years’ experience, preferably in a support, implementation or customer service role
- Experience training non-technical customers on the use of software
- Excellent communication, listening, influencing and training skills
- Ability to make smart decisions based on key facts in potentially ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects through to completion
- Self-motivated to get things done with minimal supervision
