Job Summary

A remote patient monitoring company is in need of a Remote Patient Monitoring Call Center Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer customer questions using scripted and non-scripted responses
  • Record details of calls, dispatches, and messages
  • Monitor high volume of medical alert, secondary alarms, and inbound phone calls

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
  • Ability to answer customer questions using scripted and non-scripted responses
  • Ability to record details of calls, dispatches, and messages
  • Ability to maintain access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
