Job Summary
A remote patient monitoring company is in need of a Remote Patient Monitoring Call Center Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions using scripted and non-scripted responses
- Record details of calls, dispatches, and messages
- Monitor high volume of medical alert, secondary alarms, and inbound phone calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
- Ability to answer customer questions using scripted and non-scripted responses
- Ability to record details of calls, dispatches, and messages
- Ability to maintain access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
