Remote People Practices Partner
Job Summary
A financial products company has a current position open for a Remote People Practices Partner.
Must be able to:
- Provide feedback and counsel to enhance manager effectiveness and individual/team capabilities
- Collect, synthesize and present summary of exit interview findings on a regular cadence
- Assist in the regular cadence of PxT programs including talent management, compensation and performance reviews
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years in HR, People Operations or related role
- Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business by offering solutions
- Prior experience in DEI related work
- Actively thinks about their work with an eye toward inclusive solutions that increase employee engagement
- Passion for creating healthy inclusive organizations where culture is a competitive advantage
