Remote Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary
A software solutions company is seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage, coach and lead a team of QA professionals
- Design, create and execute test plans, repeatable processes, test cases, and test scripts
- Build data quality and analysis capabilities throughout the team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality assurance leadership
- Strong database skills with an understanding of both Oracle and SQL Server systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership, administrative and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
