Job Summary

A managed healthcare and benefits company has an open position for a Remote Quality Improvement Program Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Serving as a QI subject matter expert and leads programs to meet critical Quality needs
• Managing QI programs with oversight from the Director, AVP and VP
• Monitoring and tracking key quality indicators, programs, and initiatives

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in health plan quality improvement
• 2 years Medicaid experience
• 2 years Medicare experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3 years management experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with HEDIS programs
