Job Summary
A SaaS startup needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Software Senior Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and achieving business goals
- Guiding Enterprise customers through Implementation and Onboarding as well as setting up initial use cases
- Ensuring they’re aligned to the customer’s strategic goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience guiding customers to define use cases and can lead customer through strategic discussions
- Exposure to front end development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in working with customer data platforms, digital analytics, personalization/tag management, etc
- Proven leadership roles in customer partnerships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven capacity to reliably manage a lot of different projects at once without falling behind or getting flustered
