Remote Sales and Product Knowledge Learning Talent Program Manager

Job Summary

A plumbing and HVAC supply company is seeking a Remote Sales and Product Knowledge Learning Talent Program Manager.

Must be able to:

• Collaborate with sales leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs
• Research to identify potential vendor partners to provide content and delivery solutions
• Collaborate with selected vendors to design, develop, and deliver learning content across various modalities

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in sales leadership and/or creation and execution of sales and product knowledge strategies
• Experience in vendor discovery, selection, and contract negotiation
• Proven experience in training program management, including vendor management and budget oversight
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other training development tools
• Solid understanding of training content development and delivery methods, including e-learning, virtual training, and instructor-led training
