Remote Sales Development Representative Team Lead
Job Summary
A cloud-based software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales Development Representative Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Increasing lead generation and qualification per segment and persona outbound strategies
- Working closely with the Sales leadership on strategy, sales plays, and campaigns
- Ensuring quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or equivalent education
- 1-3 years of SaaS sales development experience or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to generate sales qualified leads through outbound cold calling
- Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all channels
- Previous experience managing or mentoring other SDR’s
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a TEAM
