Job Summary

An IT engineering services firm is seeking a Remote Senior End User Technical Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Monitor and respond quickly to requests
  • Create and update customer requests
  • Perform initial triage

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of experience in a relevant field
  • Training and/or certification concentration in: ITIL, HDI and/or CompTIA or similar training
  • Experience working in an SLA driven environment
  • Experience with ITSM based ticketing system ServiceNow
  • Associates Degree
