Job Summary
An IT engineering services firm is seeking a Remote Senior End User Technical Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Monitor and respond quickly to requests
- Create and update customer requests
- Perform initial triage
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience in a relevant field
- Training and/or certification concentration in: ITIL, HDI and/or CompTIA or similar training
- Experience working in an SLA driven environment
- Experience with ITSM based ticketing system ServiceNow
- Associates Degree
